March 26, 2009 – The playoffs continue in DII college rugby, so we expect more changes. Right now the top teams did well, for the most part.
Major changes: Wisconsin moves up having played very well in a tour of Texas that saw them beat a DI college side, a men’s club side, and #8 Texas State. TSU moves down.
Florida Atlantic drops out having lost their playoff game to Georgia Tech. South Florida jumps in having beaten #17 Kennesaw State. Some of these active South teams will end up dropping out, while some programs whose regions do well might move up.
