Things are bunching up at the top of the MetNY DII league as PAC, Bayonne and Lansdowne all won, leaving four teams (including idle Monmouth) with two wins.

Some snappy goalkicking and a chargedown leading to a try saw Lansdowne past the Village Lions 17-8.

Princeton Athletic Club edged Union 25-17 in a hotly-contested game and scored three late tries through their forwards to take the game.

Bayonne scored two early tries and relished playing wide on a wide field to down Danbury 27-10.

Meanwhile Montauk moved to 1-1 with a 59-15 pasting of Montclair.
